Recently I have had some friends come to me for gluten-free recipes. I have't dabbled much into cooking and baking gluten free foods from scratch (I tend to just use boxed GF cake mixes if I'm baking), but I purchased a new cook book that I think will be great! I'm really looking forward to making and tasting some of the recipes in this book. It's called "A Cook's Bible, Gluten-Free, Wheat-Free and Dairy-Free Recipes" by Grace Cheetham. You can find it online at amazon.com, but I found my copy at Whole Foods Market. Either way it looks like a great collection of recipes. I'll be sure to post any that I make and taste test.
